All About Me

Hello, I'm Lindsey Henry, the founder of Truff Love.

Truff Love was established in 2018, beginning with a small collection of handcrafted truffle flavors and a vision to create high-quality desserts. What started as a creative passion has grown into a full-time business built on dedication, consistency and a love for creating something special for others.

​

I was raised in Jerome, Idaho, and relocated to Boise in 2007, where I met my husband. Together we raised five children who are now grown, and I am a proud grandmother to two grandsons. Family has always been at the heart of what I do, and it continues to inspire both my work and values as a business owner.

My journey began at holiday craft shows, spending long evenings preparing truffles to sell the following day. Seeing the joy these treats brought to customers gave me the confidence to continue growing and refining my craft. Over time, I expanded into cake decorating, beginning with a unicorn cake created for my daughter's eighth birthday-now one of my signature designs.

Today, Truff Love offers a wide range of custom desserts, including truffles, cookies, cupcakes, cakes and curated dessert tables, Everything I create is self-taught, reflecting my belief that with passion, perseverance, and attention to detail...growth is possible.

If someone had told me years ago that I would be running this business full time, I wouldn't have believed it. I am incredibly grateful for the support of my community and for every client who chooses Truff Love.
