All About Me

Hello! I'm Lindsey Henry, the founder of Truff Love, which I started in 2018 with a few truffle flavors and big aspirations.

A bit about my background: I grew up in the small town of Jerome, Idaho. I moved to Boise in 2007, where I met my husband. Together, we have five children who are all grown up and I’m now a grandma! I have two grandsons (1.5 years and 5 months), I'm really enjoying it. I have 3 fur babies I am obsessed with and just don't understand why everyone doesn't have a dog to show unconditional love and not talk back. HAHA.  I love to travel and love anywhere tropical. I could live everyday with sun and the beach. I have been to Florida, the Bahamas, Turks & Cacaos, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and a few colder, but beautiful places like Skagway, Juneau and Sitka.

I began my journey by attending holiday craft shows staying up late to make lots of truffles to sell the next day. It brought me joy to see how much people loved them, which fueled my confidence to keep going.

I also ventured into cake decorating, creating a unicorn cake for my daughter’s 8th birthday, which has become one of my signature creations. Over the years I have expanded my business in so many ways, now offering cookies, cupcakes and dessert tables.

Everything I do is self-taught, proving that with dedication and passion, anything is achievable. If someone had told me five years ago that I would be running this business full-time and finding such success, I wouldn’t have believed it.
